Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 10 July 2026
GTMHack helps you contact people at work. This policy explains what we won’t help with. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
You will not
- Send outreach that violates CAN-SPAM, PECR, CASL, UK GDPR, EU GDPR, or any other applicable law.
- Send messages to individuals who have opted out, unsubscribed, complained, or asked to stop.
- Send unsolicited commercial email to purely consumer addresses (B2C spam).
- Send content that is discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or that incites violence or hatred.
- Impersonate any person, brand, or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation or the origin of a message.
- Send phishing, malware, or content designed to deceive recipients into disclosing credentials, payment details, or personal data.
- Use GTMHack to promote gambling, adult content, illegal firearms, illegal drugs, cryptocurrency scams, or ponzi/MLM schemes.
- Attempt to bypass sending limits, deliverability protections, or human-approval gates.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service beyond what our API expressly allows.
- Use GTMHack to enrich or contact data subjects whose data you obtained unlawfully.
Data hygiene expectations
- You will maintain suppression lists and honour them across all your workspaces.
- You will keep your ICP definitions honest — targeting people plausibly interested in your offering.
- You will not upload lead lists you know or suspect were built through data breaches.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. Repeated or severe breaches will result in immediate termination without refund. We may share information about breaching accounts with authorities where legally required.
Reporting abuse
If you received a message sent through GTMHack that you believe breaches this policy, please email abuse@gtmhack.ai. We investigate every report.
