What’s a “send”? What’s a “seat”?

What happens if an AI action fails?
You get the tokens back, automatically. You never pay for work that did not complete. And when MIDAS is unsure, it drafts for your review instead of guessing.
Do unused tokens roll over?
Included tokens roll over for one billing cycle. Tokens you buy in a top-up pack last 12 months. Nothing expires overnight.
What if I run out mid-month?
Top up in one click from £10, or upgrade — the effective rate drops as the pack size grows, down to 0.5p per token. Your sending and your sequences keep running either way.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — up or down, monthly, from your billing portal. Upgrades apply instantly with automatic pro-rata.
What happens if I hit my daily send limit?
MIDAS queues the overflow safely for the next day rather than burning your sender reputation. Need more headroom? Upgrading is one click.
Is my data safe?
